About Us
The Company was established with 30 employees at the end of 1992. Its initial activities included the preparation of refractory lining in the industrial furnaces and firing equipment at MOL Plc’s Danube Refinery in Százhalombatta and the related steel structural and scaffolding jobs.
After the turn of the millennium, our profile and infrastructure have been continually extended and developed in order to become aligned with the permanently changing market environment. In 2009, we were granted a certificate of compliance with International Standard EN ISO 3834-2 for fusion welding of metallic materials, then in 2013, we began to build up our own premises, covering an area of ca. 10,000 square metres, at the Százhalombatta Industrial Zone. The premises contain 400 square metres of office space, 1,200 square metres of workshop equipped with cranes, 600 square metres of indoor warehouse and utility buildings. In 2018, corrosion protection and industrial thermal insulation were added to our core activities, thus strengthening our intent to provide as comprehensive services as possible to our Customers.
The extension of our activities and of our staff and the establishment of our premises enable us to complete more complex projects covering several disciplines, using our own resources. We ourselves fabricate the main components for those jobs, and carry out the in-field installation work, along with related refractory lining, scaffolding, painting, insulation and tinning activities, using our own resources.
As an example of such complex manufacturing and construction work, we installed the furnace O-404 in MOL’s Danube Refinery. That successful project was followed by our participation as a general contractor in MOL Danube Refinery’s largest maintenance work to date, in a joint consortium with OT Industries Zrt. There we performed a complete and simultaneous renovation of both the reactor and regenerator in the FCC production unit, meeting the tight deadline.
Our plans for the near future include an extension of our Százhalombatta premises by further workshops, warehouses and offices covering an area of 1,500 square metres in total, as well as the establishment of branch premises at Tiszaújváros in the framework of a green-field project.
The evolution of our infrastructure also required the development of the Company’s organisational structure. We use an up-to-date corporate management system (SAP), and extend our portfolio with certified activities. We have operated a Quality Management System (EN ISO 9001) since 1998, and recently implemented an Environment Management System (EN ISO 14001) and a Security Management System (SCC).
